This nationally accredited qualification provides the skills and knowledge required for a trade outcome as a wall and floor tiler in residential and commercial construction. Students learn to prepare surfaces, cut and lay tiles, apply waterproofing, and perform repairs using a variety of tiling materials such as ceramic, glass, slate, marble, and clay. The course is typically completed through an apprenticeship and requires successful completion of 20 units: 17 core and 3 elective units
