At the Australian Trade Academy, we understand that studying can sometimes come with difficulties and challenges. That's why we offer free and confidential counselling to all our students.

Our experienced counsellors are here to support you with any issue you may be facing. You can access these services face-to-face at our Colombo campus, online, or by telephone.

While counselling is confidential in most cases, please be aware that this does not apply in all situations. We are legally mandated to report any danger to relevant services and to management if we believe you or someone else is at risk of harm. If it's safe to do so, we will inform you if we need to break confidentiality to prevent harm to you or others.
